What is the difference between the Ford Everest Trend and the new Everest Active?

The entry-level Trend variant has been discontinued for the 2026.50MY lineup. It has been replaced by the all-new Ford Everest Active, which lowers the entry price point of the range while introducing an aggressive, blacked-out exterior aesthetic, premium leather-accented 7-seat interior, and standard 18-inch alloy wheels.

What is the towing capacity of the Ford Everest in NZ?

The Ford Everest can tow up to 3,500 kg when fitted with the genuine Ford tow pack.

What engine changes were made to the 2026.50MY Ford Everest?

Ford has replaced the older 2.0L Bi-Turbo engine with an upgraded, highly durable 2.0L Single-Turbo Diesel engine (125kW/405Nm) featuring a rugged timing chain instead of a wet belt. For drivers seeking maximum power, the acclaimed 184kW 3.0L V6 Turbo-Diesel remains standard on the Wildtrak and Platinum, and is now also available as an option on the Sport variant.

How many seats does the Everest have and how flexible is the boot space?

The Ford Everest features a flexible 7-seat layout (2-3-2 configuration) with ample room for adults in all three rows. The seating can be easily configured to prioritize cargo, offering a boot capacity that scales from 259 L with all seats upright to a massive 1,818 L when the second and third rows are folded flat.

Does it have off-road capability?

Yes . The Everest has full-time and part-time 4WD, multiple drive modes, 255 mm ground clearance (Tremor variant) and 800 mm water-wading capability.

Are Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® included?

Yes. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto® are standard on select trims via the 12″ touchscreen.

What financing options are available?
